Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Visionary Chasers Clothing Brand. We appreciate your business and want to ensure that you receive your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible

1.PROCESSING

Please be advised that all orders are subject to processing  time regardless of which shipping method is chosen at checkout.

Our processing time is 3-5 business days (business days are Monday - Friday excluding Holidays )

Once your package is sent out to the mail carrier, you will receive your tracking information via email or text.

 

Once your package leaves our warehouse, please be advised that the only information available to us is the same information you can see on the mail carriers website.

​

Once your package is logged by the mail carrier, please contact the mail carrier directly for further updates regarding your delivery date.

2.PURCHASING 

​

Keep in mind we cannot Gurantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. for this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost.

3.RETURN

​

We accept returns for any items that are in new, unworn, and resalable conditions within 7 days of purchase (excluding weekends, or national holidays). To initiate a return, please contract our customer service team via email at visionarychasers86@gmail.com

Once a return lable has been issued, the timer must be brought to USPS within 14 days of being issued the return lable .

​

If you received a defective or incorrect Items, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping lable. In this case, we will not charge you for any shipping cost.

We reserve the right to Refuse a return and refund for any Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a return item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the Item to you at your expense. if choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly

EXAMPLES: of items that cannot be resold include

.Items with stain, tears, or rips

.Items with a strong odor (e.g smoke, perfume)

.Items with missing tags or packaging
