2. "I just received my order and I would like to exchange the size. How do I do thisOur exchange policy lasts 7 business days after the delivery date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays). Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the items back in our HQ and the items are in good condition. For a return/Exchange email our customer service department.

1."When will my order be shipped?"Orders are pack and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, however , during periods of high demand please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays, do not begin processing time until next business day.

3. I received a different item than the item I ordered. How can this be correct?"If customer are shipped a different item, the incorrect item must be returned to our HQ and we will send the correct item. Please be prepared to send a picture of the items you received for our records.
